At Décor, we want to ensure your athletic gear meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Décor account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
